The Humane Interface
This is a bit of a read, but well worth the slog. If you are reading this, you are using Jef Raskin's inventions (he is the originator of the GUI interface).
I run Ableton Live on a G4 iBook. With this I produce music for film and for a number of recording /performance projects - TRIP TO THE MOON, ALLOY, W, DR TUTU, BONGO NATION and the INNER CITY JAZZ WORKSHOP.
